Engible – Refund Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles refunds. Our Terms of Service (§2.4 and §3) describe this in more detail.
1. Which rules apply
Refunds are governed by Paddle's refund policy. At the time of writing, it allows you to request a refund within 14 days of a payment, and Paddle reviews each request individually. It also describes the statutory right to cancel that applies in some countries. If Paddle changes its policy, the current version applies.
2. How to request a refund
- Go to paddle.net, find your purchase using the email address you paid with, and request a refund there; or
- reply to the receipt Paddle sent you when you paid.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the app: account menu → Subscription → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription. The only exception is a short period of about 30 minutes before each renewal, while Paddle prepares the payment (Terms §3.1).
Cancelling stops all future payments. Paid features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, so cancelling does not by itself refund that period. Lessons left unused in a period do not carry over to the next.
4. Try before you pay
You can create a few lessons free of charge, without entering any card details, before you subscribe.
5. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
